The Delta State Orientation Bureau organized a road work in Asaba, on the need for the people to shun political thuggery and voter apathy in the state as the Local Government Elections was around the corner.
The Director – General, Bureau of Orientation, Delta State, Nigeria, Barr. Azuka Eugene Uzum, has said that the State Government has so far taken commendable steps in mitigating flood hazards as well as setting up committees to ensure that lives and properties of Deltans affected by the flood is taken into top priority.

He further stated that the Politics of 2023 is way too far to take the front burner with consultations and opined that the Governor has done very well in his first tenure so he should be given all the support required to deliver more.
